So the rebuild of Talula continues, starting with the exterior .
Rear window went to plan.
Sliding door mechanism was more of a challenge, but looks nice now it’s cleaned up and fitted.
Original rear lights going in, replacing those horrible Taiwanese lumps that she’s had for the past 20 years !
New boot lid looks awesome !
cleaning up the old locks takes a while but the results are ace !
Resprayed wheels , very cool with the new stainless hub caps !
Cab door handles cleaned up a treat !
So the next stages include fitting the new stainless bumpers , new windows, new rubbers and seals, headlights, and all the tough stuff like fixing in new vinyl, new r&r bed etc etc.
